AristoArc: Μύθοι, Θρύλοι, Παραμύθια

AristoArc is an intergenerational storytelling initiative aiming to collect, preserve and promote the intangible cultural heritage of the 16 communities of the Municipality of Aristotle.
Through meetings with older residents, the project collects local stories, myths, legends, traditions, anecdotes, proverbs, dialect expressions, nicknames and personal memories connected to the history and everyday life of each community. These stories are shared with younger generations through a process of intergenerational exchange, creating opportunities for communication, learning and connection between different age groups.
The collected material will be developed into a collective book, as well as podcasts and audiovisual content, ensuring that local stories remain alive and accessible to future generations.
The activity connects cultural heritage, intergenerational learning, active citizenship and community empowerment, with a particular focus on rural and remote communities.
