A Taste of Europe: Cook, Present & Share!

As part of Erasmus Days, our pupils will discover Europe through food, language and creativity!
During the week, pupils will learn useful English vocabulary and dialogues related to food, recipes and cooking. Working in class teams, they will choose a traditional European recipe and research its country of origin, ingredients and preparation.
Each team will then create a short PowerPoint presentation or video to introduce their recipe, explain why they chose it, present the ingredients and demonstrate how it is made. On the final day, teams will present their recipes to their classmates and offer a small sample for tasting.
The event will conclude with a class vote for the most engaging recipe presentation.
Through this activity, pupils will develop their English communication skills, creativity, collaboration, digital skills and knowledge of European cultures, while discovering how food can bring people and cultures together.
