Alatarla Middle School

Exhibition Presentation

This activity is designed to share the intercultural learning experiences gained in Ohrid, North Macedonia—as part of an Erasmus+ student group mobility project—with students from Alatarla Secondary School.

As part of the activity, students will research the cultural characteristics, traditional games, daily lives, cultural heritage, and shared values of both Kastamonu and Ohrid. Working in small groups, students will identify similarities and differences between the two cultures and transform the information they gather into original outputs such as banners, posters, collages, or digital presentations.

The completed projects will be exhibited at the school and presented by the students to their peers. This process aims to foster the development of students’ skills in research, communication, collaboration, creativity, and intercultural awareness.

The activity aligns with the Erasmus+ program’s objectives regarding intercultural learning, shared values, inclusion, and the development of future-oriented skills. It aims to enable students—drawing upon the mobility experience—to get to know different cultures, recognize their own cultural values, and establish cultural connections with Europe.
