Our Primary students, in order to celebrate the Mental Health Day, made an activity as an opportunity to reflect on some of the values we share as an educational and European community: respect, empathy, inclusion and coexistence. 🇪🇺🌍
In a school with students from different cultures, speaking different languages and coming from different places, learning to recognise our own emotions and understand those of others helps us to create spaces where everyone can feel heard, respected and welcomed. ❤️
The Primary pupils worked together to create a heart made up of coloured plasters, with messages of support that might help someone else feel better. 🩹❤️
Listening, understanding, respecting and supporting others is also a way of building community.
