1-to-1 Parent–Teacher Meetings

During my job-shadowing experience in the Netherlands, I observed an effective practice of organizing individual meetings with parents, providing an opportunity for personalized discussions about each child’s academic progress, strengths, challenges, and individual needs.
Inspired by this experience, I will implement “1-to-1 Meetings” in my classroom from October 13 to 16, 2026, between 12.00-13,00. 2026, with dedicated time slots for each family.
The aim is to strengthen the school–family partnership, build mutual trust, encourage parental involvement, and work together to support each child’s learning and emotional development.
