SEEP Çanakkale 2026 – Training Day at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University

The second programme day of SEEP Çanakkale 2026, the regional platform of the Erasmus Student Network for South-Eastern Europe, takes place at the Faculty of Education of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University.

76 volunteers from 11 countries take part in parallel workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on how student organisations can support mobile students and their own members. Topics include:
– mental health before, during and after mobility (Mobile Minds in Motion project),
– improving the Erasmus+ traineeship experience (DETAS – ErasmusIntern.org / Erasmus Careers),
– writing grant applications and turning local ideas into fundable projects,
– recognising and addressing discrimination,
– risk assessment and safety in student activities,
– data privacy and GDPR for volunteer organisations,
– ESNsurvey and giving students a voice in mobility policy.

Hosting the training day on campus brings the work of ESN volunteers closer to the university community that welcomes Erasmus+ students in Çanakkale.
