The opening day takes place at the Çanakkale Municipality Cultural Center. After the official opening ceremony with guests and partners, the plenary sessions cover:
– the current state of negotiations on the Erasmus+ programme 2028–2034,
– the rights of international students under the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education and the Erasmus Student Charter,
– the digitalisation of the ESNcard,
– an introduction to the work of ESN at European level in Brussels.

In the evening, participants come together for the Sultan’s Feast, an intercultural dinner where each country presents its own food and traditions.
