Europe Detectives – Discovering European Countries

As part of Erasmus Days 2026 and our school programme “From Trabzon to Europe”, our 3/A students will become Europe Detectives and explore different European countries. Working in groups, students will discover basic information about a selected country, including its name, capital city, flag, traditional food and famous places. They will prepare colourful detective cards using pictures, short facts and simple English words and expressions. All the cards will be brought together to create a “Europe Detective Wall” in our school. This activity will encourage curiosity, teamwork, cultural awareness and English language learning while helping students appreciate the diversity of Europe. The students’ work will also contribute to our school-wide “Europe in Our School” exhibition.
