Gaziemir Nevvar Salih İşgören Anatolian High School

Exhibition Meeting Other event Presentation

As part of Erasmus Days 2026, Gaziemir Nevvar Salih İşgören Anatolian High School will organise three complementary activities to promote European cooperation, innovation and lifelong learning.

1. Project Idea Development Workshop: Following the Erasmus+ TCA “The Project Compass: Navigating Ideas into a Project”, held in Vilnius in June 2026, our English teacher will share her experience with teachers and relevant school committee members. Participants will explore how to develop project ideas and integrate European educational priorities into school development activities, curriculum planning, classroom teaching, and Erasmus+ and eTwinning projects. They will be encouraged to develop at least one practical idea for future implementation.

2. Erasmus+ Student Experience Sharing: Students who participated in Erasmus+ activities last year will give short classroom presentations about their experiences, promoting intercultural understanding, language learning and student participation.

3. AI-Powered Poster Exhibition: Students will create AI-supported posters on four themes: Artificial Intelligence, Ecology and Sustainability, Digital Competence, and Health and Wellbeing. Each poster will include a short English caption explaining its message and relevance.
Together, these activities support the eTwinning theme “Future-ready Schools: Empowering Teachers and Learners” and promote digital and AI literacy, inclusion, wellbeing, sustainability and responsible technology use. Our aim is to share knowledge, inspire new project ideas and strengthen a culture of European cooperation throughout our school community.
4. European Music Break: Discover Europe Through Music
As an optional activity, students will listen to short music excerpts representing different European musical traditions and try to identify the countries or cultures associated with them. This interactive activity aims to celebrate cultural diversity, stimulate curiosity and make learning about Europe enjoyable and accessible.
