Two Minutes in Europe – English Conversation Cards

Students will take part in a fun English conversation activity designed to encourage communication and intercultural learning. Tables will be set up in a common area, with conversation cards featuring simple and engaging questions about European countries, local culture, food, travel and the environment.

Working in pairs, students will choose a card and talk about the topic in English for two minutes before changing partners. Questions will be adapted to different age groups and English proficiency levels to ensure that everyone can participate.

The activity aims to improve students’ confidence in speaking English, promote intercultural understanding and encourage them to discover shared interests with young people across Europe.
