One Step to the Future: Our Motivation Journey

As part of ErasmusDays 2026, Develi Secondary School will share the outcomes and good practices of its Erasmus+ KA121-SCH project, which aims to increase student motivation. Students will share their experiences from the mobility activities in Naples, Italy, through presentations and photographs. Teachers will present educational practices observed during job shadowing. An interactive workshop will encourage students to reflect on their personal goals, identify what motivates them and take small steps towards their future aspirations. The event aims to disseminate the project’s outcomes, promote the Erasmus+ programme and inspire students and teachers to engage in international learning opportunities.
