Erasmus Days Math Adventure – as part of the eTwinning project T.R.E.

#ErasmusDays is a celebrated European festival that brings together schools, students, and teachers to showcase the impact of international collaboration, cultural exchange, and innovative education.
To mark this special occasion, our eTwinning project—connecting creative minds from Romania 🇷🇴, Italy 🇮🇹, and Turkey 🇹🇷—is launching “The eTwinning Math Adventure”.
This interactive event is specially designed for 7th-grade students to prove that mathematics is truly a universal language. Moving away from traditional textbook equations, students will dive into real-world challenges inspired by our three beautiful countries. Through these 10 engaging math problems, participants will:

* Explore geometric wonders like the Colosseum in Rome or traditional Turkish architectural ornaments.
* Solve real-life travel challenges, calculating flight discounts from Bucharest to Istanbul or managing the fuel budget for a road trip to Palermo.
* Apply percentages to daily life, from slicing a classic Neapolitan pizza to analyzing project demographics.
* Strengthen transnational teamwork, working across borders to foster logical thinking, digital literacy, and the true spirit of European unity.
