Sürdürülebilir Turizm ve Mutfakta Yeşil Dönüşüm

As part of ErasmusDays and the Erasmus+ SUSTAIN project, Mersin Provincial Directorate of National Education will organise the “Sustainable Tourism and Green Transformation in the Kitchen” panel on 13 October 2026 at Taşucu Tourism Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. With the planned participation of academics from Mersin University’s Faculty of Tourism, the panel will explore sustainable tourism, geographically indicated foods, seasonal and local ingredients, sustainable menu planning, culinary heritage, food waste reduction and efficient resource use in kitchens. Through discussion and questions, the event aims to strengthen students’ and teachers’ green skills, promote university–school cooperation and share sustainability practices inspired by Erasmus+.
