Time to Make Your Move

During Erasmus Days 2026, students will take part in interactive workshops inspired by our Erasmus+ project and the campaign “Czas na Twój ruch” (“Time to Make Your Move”). The activities will focus on the importance of everyday movement and the challenges of physical inactivity among young people. Through engaging tasks, group discussions and creative exercises, participants will explore how to reduce sedentary habits and make physical activity a natural part of their daily routines.
