Sí. Para una redacción más alineada con la terminología habitual de Erasmus+ —mobility activities, participants, host organisation, sending organisation, learners, staff, Erasmus+ projects— lo reformularía así:

This activity consists of creating posters showcasing the Erasmus+ mobility activities carried out during the previous academic year, including both group and individual mobility activities involving learners and staff. Each poster will provide key information about the mobility activity, including the participant(s), host organisation, destination city and country, a brief description of the experience, a QR code linking to a video, and photographs.

The posters will be displayed in different areas of the school and shared digitally through the school’s social media channels and website as Erasmus+ news. In addition, an information session will be organised for GM and GS learners to present the new Erasmus+ projects and mobility opportunities. The session will also include first-hand experiences from learners and staff who took part in Erasmus+ mobility activities during the previous academic year.
