EUROPEAN VALUES AND ERASMUS+ PROJECTS IN MY SCHOOL

In this year’s edition of Erasmus Days, the school Mare de Déu de l’Olivar II (a secondary education school in Alaquàs) has prepared different activities and events not only to disseminate last year’s Erasmus+ projects and exchanges in Germany, Ireland, and France, but also to show our school community the project we have started this year in Lithuania and the projects that we are also implementing in Ireland and France.
We are arranging activities such as an exhibition with photos and text about the activities of the exchange project in Figeac (France) with students of 3rd of ESO last year, the Erasmus+ mobility to Dublin (Ireland) with students of 4th of ESO last year, the Erasmus+ mobility to Herzogenrath (Germany) with students of 4th of ESO last year to work on “European Values”, and the mobility to Kaunas (Lithuania) with students of 4th of ESO this year.
Also, there will be presentations prepared by the students who have just returned from Kaunas to disseminate their experience and the project about “European Values” to all the students (1st-4th of ESO) in our school and students of 6th of primary (Olivar I). The students of 4th of ESO who took part in the exchange project last year will also give presentations to the students of French of 2nd and 3rd of ESO.
Moreover, there will be stands in the playground during breaks to give all students the chance to ask questions to Erasmus+ students and to get information about the Erasmus+ programmes.
Finally, we are organising a video meeting with the students from Kaunas on Friday as a perfect closing of all the activities during the Erasmus Days at our school
