English: Europe in Our Hands – PIIE IES Ifach

Europe in Our Hands is a creative and participatory activity organised as part of the PIIE programme at IES Ifach to celebrate Erasmus Days 2026.
During the school break, students will take part in a creative workshop where they will design magnets inspired by Europe. Each participant will be able to represent a European country, a flag, an element of European cultural heritage, a word in a European language, or one of the values we share as European citizens, such as respect, equality, inclusion, solidarity, peaceful coexistence, freedom or diversity.
The students’ creations will become part of a collective exhibition at the school, bringing Europe and the Erasmus+ programme closer to the whole educational community in a creative, accessible and participatory way.
The activity is directly linked to the Erasmus Plan of IES Ifach and to its objective of promoting European values, multilingualism, inclusion and intercultural understanding. In a school characterised by great cultural and linguistic diversity, the activity aims to help students discover similarities between different cultures, value diversity as an asset and develop a stronger sense of belonging to a plural and shared Europe.
Through art and active participation, the workshop aims to promote empathy, respect, peaceful coexistence and a shared European identity among students.
