1. Purpose of the Afternoon Session
To share, highlight, and disseminate within the institution the experiences, practices, and tools discovered during Erasmus+ mobility programs.
The afternoon aims to go beyond a purely descriptive debriefing of the mobility programs to allow staff to experience and experiment with some of the practices they discovered.
• Share with all staff the practices and tools derived from Erasmus+ mobility programs.
• Encourage their adoption through role-playing and hands-on experimentation.
• Enable staff who participated in mobility programs to share their experiences with their colleagues.
• Collectively identify practices that can be transferred or adapted to the institution’s context.
• Contribute to fostering a shared European culture within the institution.
