Students work in mixed cross-border teams using a collaborative tool like Padlet or Canva.
Students try to invent a job that doesn’t exist yet but will be needed in 2040 (e.g., “AI Ethics Consultant” or “Space Debris Recycler”).
They design a digital job advertisement listing the required technical and soft skills. During Erasmus Days, host a virtual gallery walk where students present their ideas to each other
