From Caps to Art – Creating a Greener Europe Together

As part of Erasmus Days, our school will organise a creative and environmentally friendly workshop entitled “From Caps to Art – Creating a Greener Europe Together.”During the workshop, students will work in small groups to create colourful mosaics using collected plastic bottle caps. Their artwork will be inspired by themes related to Erasmus+, Europe, sustainability, environmental protection and our shared responsibility for the future. Simple but meaningful motifs, such as the Earth, trees, recycling symbols, European symbols and images representing cooperation and connection, will allow students to transform everyday waste into creative works of art. The activity will combine creativity, teamwork and environmental awareness, while encouraging students to reflect on how small individual actions can contribute to a more sustainable future.
The finished artworks will be displayed in the school hall as an Erasmus Days exhibition, making the results of the workshop visible to the whole school community.
Throughout the day, the school’s digital screens will also feature a collage of photos and short videos highlighting memorable moments from our previous Erasmus+ activities and mobilities. In this way, Erasmus Days will celebrate not only sustainability and creativity, but also the friendships, experiences, learning and European connections that Erasmus+ has brought to our school.
