Sürdürülebilir Turizm ve Mutfakta Yeşil Dönüşüm

As part of the Erasmus+ SUSTAIN project, the “Sustainable Tourism and Green Transformation in the Kitchen” event will take place on 13 October 2026 at Taşucu Tourism Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. With contributions from Dr. Kerem Kardaş and Associate Professor Dr. Cevat Ercik from Mersin University’s Faculty of Tourism, the event will explore foods with geographical indications, local and seasonal ingredients, sustainable menus and food waste reduction. It aims to raise students’ and teachers’ awareness of environmentally responsible tourism and kitchen practices.
