European Change Makers

WE ARE EUROPEAN CHANGE MAKERS

“Small actions can make a big difference.”

🧒 Each student answers a question

Give each student a small card with:

I can change…

For younger students:

I can help by…

Students complete the sentence with an action or draw it.

For example:

🌱 I can plant a tree.
💧 I can save water.
♻️ I can recycle.
🤝 I can help others.
❤️ I can include everyone.
🚫 I can stop bullying.
💡 I can save energy.
🐝 I can protect animals.
🌍 I can take care of our planet.

For Early Years, students do not need to write. They can simply draw their idea, and an adult can write the sentence for them.

🎨 Colour-code the ideas by theme

To make the mural more colourful and meaningful, use five different types of cards:

🟢 GREEN → Sustainability
Actions to protect our planet and the environment.

🔵 BLUE → Europe & Citizenship
Ideas about being responsible, active and engaged European citizens.

🟡 YELLOW → STEAM & Technology
Ideas involving science, technology, creativity, engineering and innovation.

🟣 PURPLE → Inclusion
Actions to include, respect and support everyone.

🔴 RED → Anti-bullying & Well-being
Ideas to promote kindness, respect, friendship and emotional well-being.

🌍 FINAL MURAL

All the cards will be brought together to create a large school mural showing how, through small everyday actions, we can all be European Change Makers.
