ReACT (Researchers’ ACT: Training for Psychological Flexibility and Work-Related Stress Management) is an Erasmus+ cooperation partnership in higher education (KA220-HED), coordinated by the University of Bucharest with partners from Portugal, Sweden, Turkey and Ukraine.

Work-related stress among researchers is an institutional concern as much as an individual one. ReACT develops a free, multilingual, web-based psychoeducational program grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, aimed at strengthening psychological flexibility as a transversal skill for academic work life.

For Erasmus Days 2026, Claudia Iacob, our project coordinator, will present ReACT: its mission and relevance for higher education institutions, the work completed so far, and the pilot study currently underway. The video presentation will be published on the ReACT YouTube channel on 12 October 2026 and shared on the project’s social media pages. Also, from 13 to 17 October, a series of short posts will focus on stress management and psychological flexibility as a skill for academic work.
