Erasmus Days 2026: Sustainable Gastronomy and European Learning

Evliya Çelebi Tourism Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School will celebrate Erasmus Days through a week of student-led activities. Our opening conference will present Erasmus+ projects, eTwinning work, long-term internships and summer schools, supported by photos, videos and messages from international partners.
Students will create sustainable food posters in the H.O.T. PLATE project, explore healthy food traditions, and take part in a Food Waste Challenge kitchen workshop. The workshop will focus on responsible food preparation, portion planning, food safety and reducing avoidable food waste. The outcomes will be shared with the school community through an Erasmus Days display, short videos and digital dissemination.
