My International Story: Connections Beyond Borders – Photo & Story Competition

As part of Erasmus Days & RUN-EU Days 2026, Technological University of the Shannon (TUS) is inviting students to share their international experiences through photography and storytelling.

The “My International Story: Connections Beyond Borders” competition is open to all TUS students across all campuses, including Erasmus+ participants, RUN-EU participants, international students, and students who have taken part in other international activities or exchanges.

Participants are invited to submit a photograph and a short personal story that captures a meaningful international experience, cultural exchange, friendship, mobility opportunity, or global connection that has had an impact on their lives.

The competition celebrates the diversity of international experiences within the TUS community and highlights the ways in which international engagement helps students build connections, broaden perspectives, and develop intercultural understanding.

Three prizes of €50 will be awarded, and selected entries will be showcased during Erasmus Days celebrations across TUS campuses.

Through this initiative, TUS aims to promote Erasmus+, RUN-EU, internationalisation, and the value of learning from different cultures and communities.
