International Cuisine Week at Restaurant Meliss
Join us for International Cuisine Week at Restaurant Meliss, where each day will feature a special menu inspired by a different European country: Spain, Italy, Greece, France and Germany.
VOCO culinary and catering students, together with their teachers, will prepare traditional dishes inspired by the skills, flavours and experiences gained during their Erasmus+ learning mobilities across Europe.
