Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Exchange Experience

As part of Erasmus+ Days, a Staff Mobility Exchange Experience session will be conducted to highlight the professional and cultural benefits of staff exchanges, showcasing how mobility fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and stronger institutional partnerships. Participants will hear firsthand experiences from academic and administrative staff who have taken part in Erasmus+ staff training or teaching mobility, gaining insights into the challenges, achievements, and long‑term impact of international exchange.
