To celebrate ErasmusDays 2026, children from the four countries taking part in the Erasmus+ KA210 project “Diversity Makes the World Go Round” will come together for a series of virtual meetings.

Pupils from Muire Gan Smál Primary School in Ireland, Lasnamäe Gümnaasium in Estonia, Tärnsjö Skola in Sweden and CEIP Federico de Arce Martínez in Murcia, Spain will meet online to get to know each other and find out more about their schools, cultures, languages and everyday lives.

On the Spanish side, children from CEIP Federico de Arce Martínez, the leading school representing DIRECMUR in the project, will take part in the online meetings.

During the sessions, the children will give short presentations about their schools and countries, ask each other questions and take part in simple interactive activities. They will have the chance to use English in a real-life context whilst learning more about what school life is like for children in other parts of Europe.

The event aims to bring children from different backgrounds together, celebrate Europe’s linguistic and cultural diversity and encourage a sense of belonging to a wider European community. It will also help strengthen the friendships and links already built through “Diversity Makes the World Go Round”.
