RIFT: Reimagining Our Future Together. Our Erasmus+ Journey Continues

As part of Erasmus Days 2026, the 9th Primary School of Irakleio Attikis will organise an interactive presentation and school community meeting to celebrate its Erasmus+ Accreditation and the launch of project RIFT-Reimagining our Future Together.
The event will present the school’s Erasmus+ journey and introduce the vision and objectives of RIFT, our long-term European strategy built around four key areas: Inclusion, Innovation and AI, Sustainability and Active Citizenship.
Participants will also discover the first steps of RIFT in action through the presentation of our first Accreditation mobility in Prague, “Teaching in the AI Age”, and explore how knowledge and good practices gained through European mobility can be transferred back into everyday school life.
The event will look ahead to future opportunities for teacher learning, job shadowing, student mobility, hosting and cooperation with European partner schools.
