Erasmus Energy Route: From Mobility to Wellbeing
Karabağlar Fuat Sezgin Science and Art Center (BİLSEM) invites students, teachers, parents and members of the school community to an interactive Erasmus+ experience connecting three mobility destinations — Spain, Razgrad and Florence — with wellbeing and personal resilience.
Instead of a traditional presentation, participants will follow an “Erasmus Energy Route” through the school. Along the route, they will discover memories and outcomes from our Erasmus+ mobilities, identify their personal “energy vampires” and “power sources”, experience a rain-and-storm mindfulness activity, take part in a 7–6–5–4–3–2–1 energizer exercise, and share personal reflections on what Erasmus has brought into their lives.
The event will bring together students, teachers and parents in an informal and participatory environment. Through stories, photographs, creative activities, movement, mindfulness and intercultural sharing, we aim to show that Erasmus+ is not only about travelling to another country, but also about discovering new perspectives, building connections and returning with new strengths.
Participants will complete an energy check-in at the beginning and an energy check-out at the end of the route, reflecting on how they feel before and after the experience.
The event will also include a small exhibition of photographs and memories from our Erasmus+ mobility activities in Spain, Bulgaria and Italy, short participant testimonies, and a collaborative European map showing what participants have brought back from their international experiences.
