As part of the Erasmus Days 2026 celebration, taking place from October 12 to 17, 2026, Juraj Dobrila University of Pula is organizing two interactive student workshops based on this year’s official tagline: “Learning and growing: skills for tomorrow”.

The workshops are designed to help students recognize and develop key skills needed for successful mobility and lifelong growth through creative work, teamwork, and shared experiences.

Workshop 1: Skill Wall – “What Will I Learn Through Erasmus?”
Format: Individual work and group discussion

Description: Students identify one specific skill they have acquired during mobility or wish to develop—ranging from foreign language communication and adapting to a new environment to digital skills. Each student designs their own card and places it on a joint display. Creating this “Skill Wall” serves as a springboard for guided discussion and the exchange of personal experiences.

Workshop 2: Erasmus Comic Strip
Format: Group work

Description: Student teams create a short, four-panel comic strip following a fictional character on their Erasmus journey. Each panel illustrates the practical application of a core skill:

Panel 1 (Mathematical skills): Budget planning and financial preparation for mobility.

Panel 2 (Scientific literacy and environmental awareness): Choosing a mode of travel along with an analysis and explanation of its environmental impact.

Panel 3 (Digital skills): Finding their next Erasmus destination using digital maps and web tools.

Panel 4 (Communication and citizenship skills): Resolving a misunderstanding with a student from another country through dialogue and appreciation of diversity.
