All about Erasmus

“Many Languages. Many Cultures. One School.”
To celebrate Erasmus Days, IES Canarias Cabrera Pinto is organising an exciting Erasmus Challenge, a series of interactive activities designed to explore Europe’s linguistic and cultural diversity, promote multilingualism and strengthen our commitment to internationalisation.
Students will work in teams and complete five fun challenges:
1. STATION 1 – Flag Challenge: Identify the flags of different European countries.
2. STATION 2 – Map of Europe: Match each flag to its correct country on the European map.
3. STATION 3 – Cultural Quiz: Test your knowledge of European cultures and languages with a multilingual quiz created by one of our teachers.
4. STATION 4 – Cognates & Idioms: Discover similarities between languages and explore idiomatic expressions.
5. STATION 5 – Who Said It?: Explore the school, find the quotations displayed around the building and identify their authors.
Through teamwork, creativity and friendly competition, students will discover the richness of Europe’s languages and cultures while celebrating the values of Erasmus+: cooperation, inclusion and intercultural understanding.

Erasmus Students: Sharing Experiences
As part of our Erasmus Days celebrations, we will also welcome Erasmus students from a closeby school.
Students from both schools will take part in a round-table discussion, sharing their Erasmus experiences, exchanging ideas and reflecting on the opportunities that international mobility offers.
This meeting will provide an opportunity to strengthen connections between our schools, encourage intercultural dialogue and inspire other students to participate in future Erasmus+ projects.
Through teamwork, shared experiences and cultural exchange, we will celebrate the values of Erasmus+: cooperation, inclusion, diversity and intercultural understanding.
Different languages, shared experiences, one school!
