As part of ErasmusDays 2026, we are bringing together young people for a fun and hands-on European Gastronomy Workshop in Kadıköy!
During this 3-hour workshop, we will discover different culinary traditions and try our hands at preparing iconic dishes from Italy, France, and Türkiye:
Italy – Pasta
Learn the basics of making delicious Italian pasta from scratch.
France – Truffle
Discover the flavours and techniques behind a French-inspired truffle experience.
Türkiye – Sarma
Roll up your sleeves and learn how to prepare one of Türkiye’s beloved traditional dishes.
Beyond cooking, this workshop is an opportunity to meet other young people, share cultures, learn together, and enjoy a delicious European-inspired evening! 🥰🌍
