ERASMUS DAYS

As part of the Erasmus Days, our school will organise several activities aimed at celebrating European values, cultural diversity and international cooperation.

During these days, students and teachers will take part in different activities:

Blue and Yellow Day: One day, students will be invited to come to school wearing blue and yellow, the colours of the European Union, to create a festive and colourful atmosphere throughout the school.
International Food Day – “Yo Pongo”: We will organise a shared international food activity. Students, teachers and members of the school community will bring different traditional or typical foods from their countries or cultures. We will share the food together and discover new flavours and traditions.
European Union Gymkhana: Students will participate in a fun and educational European Union gymkhana, with different challenges, quizzes and activities related to European countries, cultures, languages, traditions and Erasmus+.
European and Erasmus+ activities: Throughout the event, we will also organise other games and activities related to Europe, mobility, languages and cultural diversity, encouraging students to learn about other countries in an entertaining and interactive way.

The main aim of the Erasmus Days at IES Baix Matarranya is to bring Europe closer to our students, promote intercultural awareness, inclusion, cooperation and respect for cultural diversity, and show the opportunities that the Erasmus+ programme can offer to our school community.

It will be a few days full of learning, fun, food, games and European spirit!
