“Bridging Generations of Erasmus+: VET Mobility Experience Day”

As the R&D Unit of Tekirdağ Provincial Directorate of National Education, we are proud to host a dynamic networking and experience-sharing event within the scope of #ErasmusDays. This special gathering bridges past achievements and future aspirations by bringing together VET teachers, mentors, and students/apprentices who successfully completed their international work placements under the 2025 Vocational Education and Training (VET) Projects with those who are preparing to embark on their professional mobility journey under the 2026 VET Projects.

The event is designed to foster peer-to-peer learning, share industry best practices, and ease pre-departure and workplace anxieties for our outbound participants. Through interactive storytelling sessions, project showcases, and Q&A panels, returnees will pass the torch of professional knowledge, cross-cultural workplace insights, and career-enhancing tips to the new cohort. Ultimately, this event aims to amplify the impact of Erasmus+ in regional vocational education, strengthen cooperation with the business world, and inspire sustainable international collaboration in skills development.
