ERASMUS+ GREEN & HEALTHY CLASS 2026

MOVE • DISCONNECT • CONNECT – Erasmus+ Class Challenge

During Erasmus Days, students will take part in a four-day class challenge promoting a healthy lifestyle, digital well-being and real-life social connections.

From Monday to Thursday, classes will work together and collect points in three areas: MOVE, DISCONNECT and CONNECT. Students will track their daily steps and take part in physical activities, challenge themselves to reduce unnecessary screen and social media time, and spend more time offline. They will also complete daily “Real Connection Challenges”, encouraging them to talk to their classmates and discover their interests, talents, dreams and hobbies beyond their social media profiles.

The challenge aims to raise awareness of the impact of excessive smartphone and social media use, sedentary lifestyles and social isolation, while encouraging physical activity, healthier digital habits, face-to-face communication and stronger relationships among students.

On Thursday, the results will be evaluated and the class with the highest overall score will receive the title “Erasmus+ Green & Healthy Class”.
