RYBAKI-17-Erasmus Day

On 16 October 2026, the School Complex of Construction No. 1 in Poznań will host “RYBAKI-17-Erasmus Day”. The event will be addressed to third-year students of the technical secondary school who, during the current school year, will have the opportunity to take part in one-month work placements abroad within the Erasmus+ programme.

The hosts of the event will be fourth-year students who have already participated in Erasmus+ mobilities and completed one-month work placements abroad. During the event, they will share their personal experiences and talk about working for foreign employers, everyday life during their stay abroad, communicating in a foreign language, as well as what they learned both professionally and outside the workplace.

The students will present materials they have prepared themselves, including photos and other materials from their mobilities, and share stories about situations and experiences that they remember particularly well. An important part of the Erasmus Day will be an exchange of experiences between the two year groups. Future mobility participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive practical advice from their older peers who have already experienced an Erasmus+ placement abroad.

The Erasmus Day will therefore be not only a summary of completed mobilities, but, above all, an opportunity to pass on experience to the next group of students and help them prepare for their own mobility. We want Erasmus+ to be presented to them primarily by those who have experienced it themselves – in a practical, direct and personal way.
