INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP STARTS FROM THE INSIDE – inspirations from the LEAD-IN project

Join us for presentations delivered by LEAD-IN program organisers, school leaders, school experts, and educational researchers.
Over the course of our webinar, we will give a brief overview of five of the core areas of inclusive leadership that we focused on during the LEAD-IN project:
awareness of self and school;
building an inclusive school vision;
building an inclusive team;
pedagogical and didactic climate of inclusive teaching;
parental and community involvement.

To complement our mini presentations, we have invited school leaders among LEAD-IN’s consortium partners (from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, and Poland), who will share their experience as part of the program and will elaborate on some of the good practices at their schools.

Participants will also be able to chat with members of the research team and the school experts, who monitored the program for more insight into its benefits and current educational trends.
