Other event

This year, our Erasmus Day will be based on the idea: ME – US – OUR ENVIRONMENT. We believe that positive change starts with each of us – with how we take care of ourselves, how we build relationships with others, and how we care for the environment we live in.

ME – I take care of myself. Through activities focused on wellbeing and resilience, students will learn to better understand their own needs, cope with stress, and deal with everyday challenges.

US – we build good relationships. Team-building and experiential activities will encourage cooperation, mutual trust, respect, communication, and a positive atmosphere in our classes.

OUR ENVIRONMENT – we care for the world around us. We will connect environmental education with active citizenship and practical actions through which young people can make a positive difference in their school and local community. The programme will include a talk with an environmental expert, collecting litter in and around the school grounds, taking care of plants and greenery at school, planting trees in a forest nursery, and cleaning the St Anthony of Padua Trail at Chvatimech and the area around the Rock of Love.

For us, Erasmus Day will not only be a celebration of the Erasmus+ programme. It will also be a day to show that taking care of ourselves, building good relationships, active citizenship, and responsibility for the world around us are all connected. We want to encourage young people not to be just observers of what is happening around them, but to realise that through their own actions they can actively contribute to positive changes in their school, community, and environment.

Because change starts with us – and the future is in our hands.
