Erasmus+ Day: Connect • Care • Grow brings together the spirit of Erasmus+ with a focus on mental health and wellbeing.
The event will begin with a presentation introducing students to the opportunities offered by Erasmus+, including international mobility, intercultural learning and personal development.
One of the highlights of the day will be our Living Library, where students will have the opportunity to meet and talk to participants of previous Erasmus+ mobilities and our special guests – international volunteers from the European Solidarity Corps. Their personal stories will show how international experiences can help us become more independent, open-minded and confident.
As this year’s Erasmus+ Day is combined with our celebration of Mental Health and Wellbeing, students will also take part in relaxation and mindfulness activities and discuss simple ways of making wellbeing part of their everyday lives. We will reflect on the importance of finding balance, building positive relationships, managing stress and taking care of ourselves and others.
The programme will also include an artistic performance, bringing the school community together through creativity and shared experience.
It will be a day to connect, share experiences, take care of our wellbeing and discover new opportunities to grow – together and across borders.
