FAIR PLAY LAB: Change the Rules, Not the Players!
As part of ErasmusDays 2026, Institut Pla del Bosc will introduce its Erasmus+ KA210 FAIR PLAY project through an interactive and inclusive Physical Education challenge.
The activity aims to raise students’ awareness of inclusion and fair play while encouraging them to reflect on the barriers to participation that may exist within their own school community.
Working collaboratively, students will identify challenges related to equal opportunities, participation and inclusion in sport. They will then become game designers, adapting the rules of traditional sports to create more inclusive and cooperative activities. By testing their proposals in practice, they will explore how small changes can make a meaningful difference and help ensure that everyone feels welcome, valued and able to participate.
Each team will produce an Inclusive Game Card and a Fair Play Commitment, presenting practical solutions to improve inclusion through sport.
Beyond the physical activities, FAIR PLAY LAB aims to give students a voice, encourage them to take ownership of the project’s objectives and motivate them to become active participants in the Erasmus+ FAIR PLAY project.
The outcomes will be displayed at school to raise awareness across the educational community and may be shared with our European partners in Germany and Türkiye, fostering international collaboration and the exchange of inclusive sporting practices.
Our message: Change the rules, not the players. Everyone deserves to play!
