Sustainable Food Challenge

This activity is connected with AI4GreenEd green skills and vocational learning. Teams design a practical food-service solution that considers local sourcing, seasonality, nutrition, energy use and waste prevention. The activity will produce a sustainable food concept. It aims to strengthen ecology, participation, communication and European cooperation. Approximately 30 participants are expected.
