English Around Europe

“English Around Europe” is a language and cultural awareness activity for students from different age groups. Students will discover how people communicate in different European languages. They will learn simple expressions such as “Hello”, “Thank you”, “Good morning” and “Goodbye” in several European languages. The expressions will be displayed in the classroom and students will take part in simple matching, pronunciation and guessing games.
