Boosting attractiveness and career opportunities in advanced manufacturing for girls and women

Thanks to the twin transition, digital and green, Advanced Manufacturing and related TVET programmes can represent a relevnt career opportunity for girls and women, still very much underepresented both in the sector and in the HVET programmes.Through a video exhibition, a panel of testimonies from women who have choosen a career in technical fileds and advanced manufacturing will be presented to increase attractiveness and inclusiveness.
