Using AI to support career choice and development

Erasmus+ days event “Using AI to Support Career Choice and Development” will be organised by “Bee the Future CY” on 14 October 2026 in Nicosia, Cyprus, at “UC Hall Student Residence”, Panepistimiou Avenue 20, Aglantzia, Nicosia. The 1-hour event will be organised as part of the Erasmus+ Days 2026 actions and will combine Erasmus+ promotion, personal experiences and a practical AI-based career development workshop.

The event will begin with a short presentation of Erasmus+ opportunities for young people, including youth exchanges, training activities and other opportunities for learning, mobility and participation. Youth workers and young participants from Bee the Future CY will share their own Erasmus+ experiences, explaining how participation helped them develop skills, confidence, intercultural competences, networks and new perspectives for their education and careers.

The second part will be an interactive workshop on Using AI for Career Choice and Development. Participants will explore how accessible AI tools can support them in identifying their skills and interests, exploring career options, understanding job requirements and planning their next learning or career steps. The session will emphasise responsible use of AI, including critical thinking, verification of information, privacy and understanding that AI should support—not replace—personal decision-making.
