ERASMUS SKILLS DAY – Learning and growing: skills for tomorrow

Our school has been actively involved in the Erasmus+ programme for many years, organising both student and teacher mobilities and cooperating with European partner schools. During Erasmus Days 2026, we would like to celebrate our Erasmus journey and, above all, show how international experiences help our students and teachers develop skills for the future.

The event will be an interactive Erasmus Skills Day for students and teachers. Through a series of engaging activities, challenges and workshops, students will develop and practise communication, teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, digital and intercultural skills.

Students will take part in an Erasmus Skills Challenge, including language and communication games, teamwork challenges, a European quiz, a QR-code treasure hunt, creative tasks and activities focused on empathy, inclusion and intercultural understanding.

An exhibition of photographs, stories and materials from our previous Erasmus+ mobilities will allow students, teachers and visitors to discover our European journey and share real experiences from international exchanges. Erasmus participants will have the opportunity to talk about what they learned abroad and which skills they brought back to our school.

The event will also include a Teachers’ Erasmus Lab, where teachers will share good practices, methods and inspiration gained during their Erasmus+ mobilities.

Our main message is that Erasmus+ is more than travelling – it is about learning, growing, connecting with others and developing skills for tomorrow.

Through this event, we want to strengthen our students’ European identity, encourage openness towards other cultures and demonstrate the lasting impact of Erasmus+ on our school community.
