Autumn Delights

The unit “Autumn Delights” introduces young learners to the changing seasons through hands-on discovery, multisensory exploration, and creative expression.
Circle Time & Music: Songs about falling leaves, wind blowing through trees, and forest animals preparing for winter encourage vocabulary development, rhythm, and group participation.
Nature Walks & Outdoor Discovery: Children collect fallen leaves, acorns, pinecones, and chestnuts to practice sorting by color, shape, and size. Listening to the crunching underfoot and feeling rough bark or smooth acorns builds early observational science skills.
