Rooted in Poland. The Apple, Tradition and Nature

Rooted in Poland is an exhibition inspired by the deep connection between Polish culture, nature, family, and the tradition of the apple tree.
At the heart of the exhibition stands an organically crafted, ecological tree — a symbol of nature, growth, family roots, and the passing of traditions from one generation to the next. Its branches will gradually come to life with handmade apples created by children together with their parents.

Each apple is unique. Made by small hands and shared between generations, the apples become personal expressions of creativity, family memories, and a connection with nature. Together, they create a collective artwork — a tree filled not only with fruit, but also with stories, emotions, and family traditions.

The apple, deeply rooted in Polish landscapes and cultural heritage, becomes a symbol of belonging and continuity. The tree represents our shared roots, while the handmade apples represent the people and families who give those roots meaning.

Through this participatory installation, Rooted in Poland invites children and parents to create, connect, and celebrate the simple beauty of nature and tradition. The exhibition grows together with its visitors, becoming a living reflection of community, family, and Polish identity.
