Sharing Experiences in a Human Library & PhotoVoice is an interactive Erasmus Days 2026 activity organized by Together For Youth Generation for students of Liceul Economic Nr. 1 in Bucharest.
The event creates a space for young people who have already participated in Erasmus+ projects to share what they experienced, what they learned, how they felt and how these mobilities influenced them. Many of these students have taken part in international activities, but have not yet had the opportunity to present their experiences publicly and reflect on them together with other young people.
The activity combines two nonformal education methods, Human Library and PhotoVoice. Through the Human Library format, participants become “living books” and share personal Erasmus+ stories with their colleagues. Other students can listen, ask questions and explore different perspectives related to mobility, intercultural learning, challenges, friendships, inclusion and personal development.
Through PhotoVoice, participants will use photographs connected to their Erasmus+ experiences to express ideas, emotions and memorable moments. Each image becomes a starting point for discussion and reflection. Participants will explore questions such as: What did I experience? What did I learn? What challenged me? What changed after the project?
The event is implemented as part of the project “Transformare digitală pentru TOGETHER FOR YOUTH GENERATION”, No. 702/i9/c7, financed through PNRR, Funded by the European Union, NextGenerationEU.
Organized in the context of Erasmus Days 2026, the activity aims to make Erasmus+ experiences more visible inside the school community and to encourage other students to discover European learning opportunities.
The workshop promotes dialogue, empathy, active listening, reflection, communication and peer learning. It also gives young people the opportunity to turn their own experiences into inspiration for others.
