How to learn about Embodiment within Erasmus+

This event is a workshop where the association Unfold e.V. gives an insight into their work of Erasmus+ Mobilities. The focus lays on explaining the Erasmus+ program, its impact, potential and countless possibilities.
The event speaks to people who want to bring embodiment practices into their daily life and work and have had difficulties to access this knowledge due to the high threshold that the field of body work can bring. (F.e. financial reasons, non-inclusive spaces, other factors)

The workshop will end with an embodiment practice itself and a reflection on the potential it has for health and mental-emotional resilience, and on a society that is thriving through diversity, inclusion, participation and engagement.
